Back in our cave-dwelling days, these stories often focused on conflict and survival. Nothing has changed. We still use the power of stories to educate, entertain, inspire and evolve the human collective. We have done this for thousands of years, why stop now?
Benefits of Writing
Writing is cathartic. We all need a safe place to release and let go. It enables us to distance ourselves from self-limiting beliefs and emotions. Journaling is a free therapist and can reduce stress levels and associated diseases. Writing connects us to our higher selves, our higher purpose. Journaling is also an incredible tool for language learning, processing life’s lessons and creating.
